CCG Capital was formed in 2007 with a mission to prudently grow by investing in long term, credit tenant net leased properties. Since its formation, CCG has successfully executed its mission with over $200M in transactions and currently has over $100M in assets under management.
Steven G. Bandstra is founder & co-managing director of CCG Capital. For 30 years Steve built and operated a 3 State portfolio of Senior Care Communities and has experience in residential development, commercial property development and homeowner association management.
Steve has served his community with many church, civic, HOA and trade association leadership engagements.
Samuel J. Cooper, CPA, MSA, is co-managing director of CCG Capital. For 15 years Sam has held several financial and accounting roles. Sam started his career as a Financial Statement auditor for Public Accounting firms Deloitte and Crowe Horwath.
The last 10 years of his career were spent in private accounting working for a global printing and packaging Company, Multi Packaging Solutions. Sam ended his tenure with Multi Packaging Solutions in 2018 as the North American Corporate Controller.
